Hire Red Job Postings

Job Postings on the Website (hereafter “Job Postings”) are designed to help Users set up as employers to reach job seekers for job opportunities. These Users are responsible for (1) all Job Postings and content including, but not limited to the text of the Job Posting, descriptions, logos, trademarks, images, URLs and all pixels that comprise the Job Postings; and (2) all content and property to which the Job Postings may direct viewers, as well as redirects (hereafter “Destinations”).

A Job Posting must not solicit applications for more than one position at one time. Job Postings will expire upon the expiration/termination of the Job Posting subscription. Users will not copy, duplicate, scrape or reproduce jobs from a hiring organization’s website and upload them to Hire Red as Job Postings without that hiring organization’s prior knowledge and authorization.

Should a hiring organization inform Hire Red that a User has created a Job Posting without prior knowledge and authorization, Hire Red reserves the right to remove such Job Postings immediately and without prior notice to the User and without a refund.

You agree not to enable or authorize any third party, by virtue of the Job Postings, Destinations, or use of the Website, to:
